• · One refund per product SKU per buyer or creator
• If the product you ordered is eligible for free shipping, in reality there is still a shipping cost. We will take 40% of the purchase value as the shipping cost.

• · For Tier 2, follower count will be verified at the time of application (1,000+ minimum across one platform)
• · Content that is deleted before the minimum public period voids the refund eligibility
